Nathalie Gudgeon

Nathalie is our nutrition clinical lead, mentoring and training all our new practitioners and leading the Nutritional Therapy team. With a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from the University of West London and a BSc (Hon) in Psychology, she is a BANT and CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapist with over 13 years of clinical experience working 1-1 with patients. Nathalie takes a functional approach in practice, drawing on evidence-based research in her clinic. Highly skilled at understanding her patients, the complexities of their lives and supporting them in making sustainable changes. Nathalie's experience is broad from children's nutrition, gut and immune imbalances, hormone health and metabolic health. She has a deep understanding and experience of managing complex hormonal conditions and has worked closely with Dr Sally Moorcroft supporting her Hormone Clinic for several years.

Completing the Institute for Functional Medicine AFMCP-UK training in London in 2017, she is working on IFM Certification, and has completed IFM Advanced Practice Modules in GI, Cardiometabolic, Environmental Health, Hormone and BioEnergetics. She is competent in understanding and interpreting DNA results and is certified as a Nutrigenetic counsellor (NgC), completing GeneSnippers training in 2018. In 2019 she passed the competency assessment in Clinical Nutrigenomics and is an experienced and competent Nutrigenetic counsellor (NgC).

A member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT); Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC); Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM); Nutrigenetic Counsellor (NgC) and Access Consciousness® Bars Practitioner.

​Nathalie is regularly invited to speak in spas, schools and corporate settings, running workshops and cooking demonstrations. With experience in developing menus and recipes, she contributes to magazines and radio; and runs her own food blog - Nutritiously Natty. She enjoys recipe development and food photography.

Kate Knapik is a registered pharmacist and naturopathic nutritionist with functional medicine training. With 10 years experience as a community pharmacist, she also has a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition, is a member of BANT, the General Naturopathic Council, College of Naturopathic Medicine and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

 

She has undergone training in functional medicine with the Kharrazian institute. Her area of special interest is Thyroid Health and she is part of the “The Thyroid Collective” a group of handpicked, registered naturopathic nutritional therapists created by “The Thyroid Expert” Jules Chandler and has her own thyroid story which inspired her to work in this area.

Jane Rose Land

Jane Rose Land is an experienced Nutritional Therapist, qualifying in 2013 and working with a Functional Medicine approach. This is a personalised scientific based approach to health, where an individualised plan is created to support the 'whole person'. Jane is passionate about the power of nutritional therapy and loves seeing her clients return to health

She holds a degree in Nutritional Medicine and is a qualified Health and Wellbeing Coach for the NHS, providing evening groups for Diabetes Patients. She has completed the IFM (Institute of Functional Medicine) AFMCP training and advanced modules in  Gastro-intestinal, Immune, Hormone and Cardiometabolic. In addition she holds the NTEC (Nutrition Therapy Education Commission) Cancer nutritional support before, during, after treatment and beyond certificate. 

A member of the Institute of Functional Medicine, British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. She is a Living Well with Cancer Facilitator with Penny Brohn, Cancer Care and provides Webinars and courses for two other charities; The Brains Trust (Brain Tumour Charity) and More Horizons (Community based Health Support).

Jane loves delivering talks, cookery events and local nutritional based spa days and has experience of delivering webinars, talks for companies and local charities and corporate nutritional and lifestyle employee packages.
